Customer Service improvements at banks

26 November 2007

With the majority of customers using internet banking or electronic banking to deal with their daily transactions, banks have begun changing the environment of their branches to accommodate the needs of their customers.

While internet banking is a time saving, efficient way for people to pay bills and conduct other online transactions, the internet doesn't provide you with all the answers you may ask when visiting a bank.

Branches have changed their design making them more appealing to the community with open spaced offices, with some even offering playstation games for your kids to play while you seek specialist financial advice in a private interview.
